A quiet and private place surrounded by nature with sunset views near the attractions of Colombia's coffee region. 2 terraces with a mini infinity pool, outdoor shower, lounge and covered dining area are the center of the open air living concept. Kitchen with traditional wood stove, Italian pizza oven and Argentine grill outside. The finca is surrounded by 10'000 m² of land with exotic fruit trees, bamboo forest and 2 small creeks. 10 minutes walk from the central square of Buenavista, Quindio. The house has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, panoramic windows overlooking the valley and a private bathroom with shower. The second room has a queen size bed and a view of the valley. Both rooms have an optional additional single bed. The third room has a bunk bed with 3 single beds and mountain view. The living room is on its own level. It is equipped with two sofa beds including mattresses for better comfort, an own toilet, tv and a fireplace. It can be used as another completely private bedroom if needed. The open air center of the living space are a covered dining area and 2 large terraces. One uncovered with an extensive wood deck, infinity saltwater mini pool, outdoor shower and lounge with parasol. The other one on the top level is covered by a roof and offers hammocks, a lounge and a panoramic sunset bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas and a traditional wood stove, as well as an Italian pizza oven and an Argentine grill outdoors. Buenavista, the smallest village in the smallest department of Colombia is a 10 minute walk away, famous Café San Alberto as well. Buenavista is known for its views over the south of the Quindio and the north of the Valle del Cauca, an idyllic tranquility, top class coffee platations, nature and paragliding. The attractions of the Coffee Region are best explored by car. Here are some distances: Pijao 15km/25min. Salento 55km/80min. Filandia 60km/90min. Armenia 30km/40min. Armenia Airport AXM 35km/45min. Parque del Café 45km/70min. There are 3 secure parking spaces at the finca. More parking spaces are available at the central square of Buenavista. The last 200m of the access road to the finca are unpaved.
