It’s just a 10-minute walk from the main square of Buenavista, a small town in Quindío known for its spectacular views, peaceful atmosphere, the famous Café San Alberto, and as a popular spot for paragliding.

• Two main terraces:

  • One with a saltwater infinity plunge pool, outdoor shower, and dining area.

  • Another, on the upper level, with hammocks, lounge, and panoramic bar.

• Fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, traditional wood stove, Italian pizza oven, and grill.

House Layout

• Master Suite: king-size bed, panoramic window, private terrace with valley view, sofa bed, and bathroom with shower. Located slightly apart from the main house for added privacy.

• Second Bedroom: queen-size bed, valley view, and bathroom with shower.

• Third Bedroom: king-size bed, window to the terrace, and bathroom with shower.

• Social Living Room: features a sofa bed and fireplace; it can serve as an additional fully private bedroom if needed.

Buenavista is the smallest municipality in Colombia’s smallest department, known for:

• Unique views of southern Quindío and northern Valle del Cauca.

• Its tranquility and high-quality coffee.

• The famous Café San Alberto, just a 10-minute walk from the finca.

• Outdoor activities and adventure sports such as paragliding.

Exploring the Coffee Region by car is highly recommended. Approximate distances:

• Pijao: 15 km / 25 min

• Salento: 55 km / 80 min

• Filandia: 60 km / 90 min

• Armenia: 30 km / 40 min

• Armenia Airport (AXM): 35 km / 45 min

• Coffee Park: 45 km / 70 min

The property has 3 secure parking spots, with additional parking available in Buenavista’s main square. Please note: the final 200 meters of the access road are unpaved.
