Equipment

The house is handed over clean and ready for use, with the following:

Towels for personal use, which can also be used for the pool.
Hand soap.
Complete bedding.
100% equipped kitchen.
Charcoal and firewood for moderate use.
You can take the fruits and products that grow in the garden for consumption during your stay. There is no additional cost.
The final cleaning is included.
In the house we have filtered drinking water from the kitchen tap.
Because of mosquitoes, we recommend to bring repellent and during the night not to leave the rooms open with the lights on.

Check in from 2 pm / Check out until 10 am, exceptions are confirmed according to availability

Rules

Please take care of the house as if it were yours
Don't take anything from the house, you don't want them to take towels, cutlery, etc. either. from his house.

The house is made with natural details, please take care of them.
Part of the floors are made of wood, if you smoke please do so outside the rooms and do not throw ashes or cigarette butts on the floor, they can burn the floor. Throw cigarette butts in the trash and not in the garden.
Please do not put animals on beds and furniture.
Do not use other cleaning products than those available in the house. Certain aggressive products can damage surfaces.
Concrete floors are slippery if wet, walk carefully.
The pool is heated with gas, please use it carefully and if you do not need it, turn it off. Help us save resources.
The pool is small, please do not jump in it.

Oven instruction

Place the firewood in the center and use small wood at the beginning to light. The wood should have space between it for better air circulation.
When the oven is on, move the heat to one side and what you are going to cook to the other.
If it generates a lot of smoke, add more wood and try to have a flame.
Please moderate use of the firewood that is left available.

Fireplace instruction

Use little firewood and put it at the bottom of the fireplace.
For your health, keep the doors open while the fireplace is on.
Do not leave the fireplace unattended if you do not need it. turn it off.

Safe Instruction

The safe is located in the linen closet in the master bedroom. To program the code you must remove the battery cover on the back of the door and press the red button to program. Enter the code and press the key. To open you must enter the code and press ENTER.

It is recommended to test the code first with the door open. In case it cannot be opened, a yellow key to open the box is included in the set of keys received.

Internet

If the internet fails, you must disconnect and reconnect. Since it is satellite internet, the signal can sometimes fail. The modem is located on the hammock terrace.
